For high level athletes, returning to sport as efficiently and effectively as possible is of the utmost importance. In Alaine’s case, her elbow and hamstring injury had severely impaired her ability to compete as a world class judo competitor. But on the recommendation of her brother, also a high level judo competitor as well as a former patient of ours, she got into the clinic right away and, with the guidance of Dr. James, got right back to work.
As a former martial artist himself, Dr. James was able to use Physical Therapy combined with his knowledge of the sport to create a Physical Therapy program fully customized for Alaine’s sport. We’re happy to say that Alaine had completed her program and is ready to get back to competition!

He is a Sports Therapy Certified therapist, focusing on treating and training runners of all levels, and is a certified Vestibular therapist, specializing in the treatment of all dizziness, vertigo, and imbalance issues.
He is the co-owner of Complete Physical Rehabilitation, a Physical Therapy practice based in Elizabeth and Jersey City, NJ.
