If you’ve ever suffered from back pain from sciatica, as many of our Physical Therapy patients have, then you know how uncomfortable it can be. But you don’t have to live with that pain any longer!
We’re still collecting toys in the Elizabeth and Jersey City clinic this week for the Toys for Tots program!
The holiday season is in full swing at Complete Physical Rehabilitation!
Each year, we collect toys in our Elizabeth and Jersey City Physical Therapy clinics for the Toys for Tots program. Dr. James and Dr. Asha drop off all collected donations personally to the Kenilworth Fire Station, the designated Toys For Tots dropoff location in their town.
As a Physical Therapist, there are many quick exercises that Physical Therapists can teach you that you can do when back pain occurs that can help to relieve back just as quickly as it started. And even better yet, these exercises are, you guessed it, all natural! No harmful drugs necessary!
One of our founding principles when we first started Complete Physical Rehabilitation was to make sure that each and every patient receives quality care. That means personalized programs, one-on-one time, and the creation of a comfortable, family like atmosphere. We have always felt that the best Physical Therapy recoveries begin with those three things, especially when trying to recover from injuries or major surgery.
Our November Physical Therapy newsletter is out now. Even better, we’re now offering our Physical Therapy Patient Newsletters digitally!
This month, we’re going into back pain, its’ causes, and how you can deal with it. Don’t forget to browse through to download the FREE mobile download for your back. In addition, browse around and check out our favorite recipe of the month.
When you’re having problems but are not a candidate for surgery, it can be tough to know what to do next. Well, we’re here to tell you that Physical Therapy should be your FIRST option!

But now that she’s able to do anything and everything, she’s now a Physical Therapy believer.
In my last blog post, I went over my 3 steps to maintaining healthy knees. In particular, steps 1 and 2 stressed strengthening certain muscle groups, namely the muscles around the knees. But if you’ve never done this before, it can be difficult to figure out which muscles and specific exercises to start with. So let’s begin with two great starting points, shall we?
For all of our dizziness and vertigo patients, we always get the same reactions as they go through their Physical Therapy sessions: “I wish I had known that Physical Therapy could help my dizziness years ago!” Unfortunately, many patients and doctors do not know that a Physical Therapist can specialize in treating vertigo and dizziness dysfunctions. I, along with Dr. James, have been treating vertigo and dizziness for over 18 years now, and we are the only clinics in Elizabeth and Jersey City to specialize in treating these conditions.
