Helping Russell Come Back From Injury

Russell came to us after a snowboarding accident left him with severe back pain, with nerve pain radiating down through his legs. The condition left him unable to continue with his daily life normally, including participating in sports, sitting for long periods of time,
Now, we’re happy to report that he can continue with skiing, snowboarding, skateboarding, and ultimate frisbee with minimal discomfort. In addition, he’s able to sleep, stand, and work with little to no problems! Congratulations, Russell!

Win a Fitbit for National Physical Therapy Month

This year, we have decided to both inform and celebrate the field of Physical Therapy.  On social media, we will be constantly posting material intended to educate and inform the public about the benefits that Physical Therapy can have on a person’s life in ways that are both obvious and also not so obvious

In addition, we will also be celebrating the month and also the running of the NYC Marathon by holding a giveaway.  So, we thought it only fitting that a Fitbit be our first giveaway prize!

Don’t Live With Dizziness!

Vestibular disorders are more common than you might think.  Over 35% of adults over the age of 40 have experienced at least 1 Vestibular problem in their life, with the most common condition I treat, Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV), mostly occurring in females over the age of 60-65.

Luckily, there is treatment for this disease.
