It’s the day before the big United Airlines NYC Half Marathon 2017!  I’m so excited and eager to participate in my first ever marathon!  The past 2 months have training have gone better than I expected.  As with any training regimen, there were setbacks that presented themselves, but, overall, I am more than happy with how my training went.

So as this past week unfolded, what did I focus on with my training?

We’re Running All Month Long To Celebrate National Running Day

So to celebrate, we’re taking National Running Day and turning it into a month long celebration in the clinic!  Every workday, we’ll be posting video on our Instagram of a staff member that’s “getting their run on” in the office.  Even though we’re stuck in our office, that’s no reason to not be able to get in a run!
