Get Rid Of Dizziness With Physical Therapy

Dealing with dizziness and vertigo symptoms can definitely be challenging.  When undergoing Physical Therapy for these symptoms, the path to better living can be filled with ups and downs.  And, as I tell all my dizziness and vertigo patients, you have to keep up the work even after you’re discharged, as they can come back when you least expect it!  But even if the symptoms return, you can always get right back into Physical Therapy to quickly rid your life of pesky dizziness and vertigo problems.

Feeling “Totally Different” With Physical Therapy

It’s easy for me as a Physical Therapist to tell my patients that they’re lives are about to be completely changed for the better because they’ve made the decision to come in for Physical Therapy.  But it’s even easier for me to prove my point when they actually begin their Physical Therapy, because it’s one thing to say it, but another thing completely to see it working on yourself day after day.

Vestibular Physical Therapy Success in Jersey City

For Sam, I am happy to report that, with a specialized course of Vestibular Physical Therapy in the Jersey City clinic that was tailor made to help him function daily with his normal activities, he now feels fully confident in his daily life and has no more reported Vestibular symptoms of dizziness and unsteadiness that had plagued him in the past.

10 Years For Jersey City

As we reach the end of a very special month for our Jersey City Physical Therapy clinic, it really is nice to take a step back and reflect on everything.  When you do that, it’s amazing to see where we’ve come from to where we are now, especially with the tremendous growth of the Jersey City community around us.

Happy 10th Anniversary to the Jersey City Physical Therapy Clinic!

March 9, 2007.  Wow.  In the blink of of an eye, we come into the office today to celebrate 10 whole years since our Jersey City Physical Therapy clinic first opened…

Don’t Live With Dizziness!

Vestibular disorders are more common than you might think.  Over 35% of adults over the age of 40 have experienced at least 1 Vestibular problem in their life, with the most common condition I treat, Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV), mostly occurring in females over the age of 60-65.

Luckily, there is treatment for this disease.

Experiencing Dizziness? Vertigo? Try Physical Therapy!

Experiencing dizziness symptoms for the first time can always be a bit harrowing, especially if you’ve never had them before. They can seemingly come out of nowhere.  For the vast majority of my patients, the immediate response has been some variation of “It’s probably nothing and a one time thing.”
